Glover Teixeira earned the winner of the upcoming UFC 165 light-heavyweight title bout between Jon Jones and Alex Gustafsson with a TKO win over over TUF winner Ryan Bader at UFC Fight Night 28.
He overcame an early knockdown and guillotine attempt by Bader, but said afterwards while he was down, he still had his intangibles.
Wiseman: The superior striking and wrestling of Bagautinov earned him the win. Vinicius was a force in the Jiu-Jitsu game, but even with his reach he didn’t have the striking or the power needed for Bagautinov.
