| Check out our video series on how to Counter the Plumb!
The Straight Arm Elbow Push is used when your opponent has you in tight with their Plumb. This technique uses your whole body as leverage to push your opponent’s elbows up, to straighten their arms. The inside swim is used to gain control after their arms are straightened. Check out the Inside Swim Technique if you haven’t seen it.
