Muay Thai Combos (in MMA) for the Boxer/Wrestler
Our following stop on our national scenic tour was to Nashville, TN where we teamed up with our buddy Michael Chandler to host a seminar at Training Camp Nashville. While we existed, we did a session with Mike’s Muay Thai coach, Bruce Panyapol of Chonburi. Bruce revealed me some really awesome changes as well as combos to make use of Muay Thai in MMA, despite that boxer/wrestler style.
