Dustin Poirier: Fighting Khabib Nurmagomedov in Abu Dhabi is like a Rocky movie | ESPN MMA

UFC interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier sits down with ESPN MMA’s Brett Okamoto to talk about his daughter, known as Sweet P, enjoying life as a champion’s daughter. “The Diamond” says he’ll be heading to Abu Dhabi to prepare to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 242 based off advice from renowned boxing trainer Teddy Atlas. Poirier (5:50) explains the magnitude of the fight taking place at an arena being built for the bout, against an undefeated opponent, comparing it to a Rocky movie.
