If  you are a long-time reader of this site, you may recall a series I did some years ago titled My Muay Thai Training where I documented my experiences doing some amateur level Muay Thai training in Chicago. Two years ago, that series stopped. Why? Well, for a perfectly simple reason – I stopped training. A combination of a 2nd child and various other factors stepped in and I was unable to keep attending. But I missed it. I drove by the gym and thought about going in, I just didn’t.
