Nico Carter Muay Thai instructor shows how to do sit up with medicine ball. This is a workout that he learned how to do while training Muay Thai in Thailand.
Things that you will need for this exercise: Medicine Ball and Partner
This is not your normal medicine ball sit up, this sit up requires you to keep you abs flexed at all times. When doing this sit up you will need a partner to stand or kneel by your side with the medicine ball. While you start to sit back when doing the sit up your partner is going to hit your stomach with the ball, depending on you is how hard or soft your partner is going to hit you with the ball.
The purpose of this exercise to keep your abs flexed at all times. Doing this will create a burn faster and tire you at sooner, another great workout to try and add to you training routine.
