Jonno ‘JCB’ Chipchase is an essential in the British Muay Thai scene. Battling out of Manchester Fighters Academy he’s had a profession that has span over a years and gone from being a hot possibility to being the person to beat in the Super Featherweight Division.
Sharing a special connection with his papa and train, John Chipchase, it’s clear to see Jonno still has fire in his stomach and gets on a mission to harm his challengers.
This was genuinely one of our favorite meetings we’ve recorded. Jonno discussed an entire series of subjects from the area he grew up in Manchester, the state of the British Muay Thai scene and his combating in these golden years of his job.
NOT TO BE MISSED!! We hope you appreciate this meeting as long as we took pleasure in shooting it. Large thanks to Jonno, his Dad John and the remainder of the team at Manchester Fighters Academy for having us down.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient. Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts.
